Following are the set dates for monthly meetings of the MidMO RPC. These are the schedule dates for the year. As with all meetings scheduled for a year in advance, sometimes dates and times are changed. We attempt to contact everyone whenever this happens. All meetings are posted on the website monthly and any meeting changes or cancellations are posted as soon as they occur. The Board of Directors meets at 5:00 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of even numbered months at the RPC office, 206 E. Broadway, Ashland, Mo. Meeting dates are:
REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION (RPC) meets for dinner at 6:00 p.m. and meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of odd numbered months at the Copper Kettle Restaurant, 508 E. Liberty Lane, Ashland, Missouri. Meeting dates are the same for the Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC), please see below.
TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COUNCIL (TAC) meets at 4:30 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of odd numbered months at the Copper Kettle Restaurant, 508 E. Liberty Lane, Ashland, Missouri.
Following the TAC meeting, dinner is served at 6:00 p.m. Meeting dates are:
The Economic Development Advisory Council (EDA) meets on the second Tuesday of even numbered months at 9:00 a.m. at the Columbia Regional Airport Meeting Room, Building 260, Columbia, Missouri. Meeting dates are as follows:
The Region F Homeland Security Oversight Committee will meet on Tuesday’s the third full week of the months October, January, April and July. Other special meetings will be posted, as necessary. The meeting location is usually Cole County Fire Station #4, 5206 Monticello Road, Jefferson City, Missouri. Meeting dates are as follows:
