MEETING DATES FOR JANUARY 2008 —DECEMBER 2008

 

Following are the set dates for monthly meetings of the MMRPC.  These are the scheduled dates for the year.  As with all meetings scheduled for a year in advance, sometimes date and times are changed.  We attempt to contact everyone whenever this happens.  All meetings are posted on the website monthly and any meeting changes or cancellations are posted as soon as they occur.  If you are in doubt about a scheduled meeting, please check the website at www.mmrpc.org or call the office at 573-657-9779.

 

Regional Planning Commission Board of Directors

The Board of Directors meets at 5:00 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of even numbered months at the RPC office, 206 E. Broadway, Ashland, MO.  Meeting Dates are:

Regional Planning Commission (RPC)

 

Regional Planning Commission (RPC) meets for dinner at 6:00 p.m. and meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of odd numbered months at the Copper Kettle Restaurant, 508 E. Liberty Lane, Ashland, MO.

 
Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC)

 

Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) meets at 4:30 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of odd number months at the Copper Kettle Restaurant, 508 E. Liberty Lane, Ashland, MO. Following the TAC meeting, dinner is served at 6:00 p.m.

Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC)

 

The Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) meets on the second Tuesday of even numbered months at 10:00 a.m. at the Columbia Regional Airport Meeting Room, Building 260, Columbia, MO.  Meeting dates are as follows:

Homeland Security Oversight Committee (HSOC)

The Homeland Security Oversight Committee will meet on the third Tuesday of the months October, January, April and July.  Time and date are subj ect to change.   Meeting dates are as follows:

 

January 15, 2008 - Cole County Fire Station #4, 5206 Monticello at 1:30 pm
February 6, 2008 - Cole County Fire Station #4, 5206 Monticello Rd, Jefferson City at 1:30 pm
